TL;DR [SELF CARE ACTIVITIES]: Contrary to popular belief, self care is more than just soaking in a bubble bath or baking yourself a batch of cookies. Even though those are some great ways to take care of yourself, you have to realize that there are multiple other areas of your life that need attention as well. In this post, Iโm going to share with you some of my favorite self care activities to indulge in when I notice an aspect of my life that needs a bit more TLC.

I just wrote a blog post all about the different kinds of self care, and I figured itโd only be right to share with you some of my favorite self care activities. In case you didnโt read the post (go read it, please!), I discussed how self-care is a lot more than just taking an everything shower and ordering your favorite takeout. As your friend and mentor in this thing we call self-growth, Iโm responsible for โ and honestly super adamant about โ is changing your perspective, and that canโt apply any more to the topic of self care.
Going into this post, I want you to be aware that self-care lives in every aspect of your life, not just your hygiene. Self care is present in your finances, relationships, mental health, emotional health, physical health, overall wellness, education, career, and every other category you can think of. And you better believe youโll find that reflected in this post.
